Euro Truck Simulator 2 – 25 years of Krone Trailers cooperation

Since the beginning of 2018, we’ve been delighted to have a close relationship with Krone to provide players in Euro Truck Simulator 2 with various trailers that lead the industry in design and performance. Starting from the Profi Liner to the Box Liner trailers, Krone manufactures a variety of trailers that can be used for both large and small-scale tasks.

A trailer is different from all the others! The Cool Liner that will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of its creation this year is a refrigerated semi-trailer, first showcased to the public by Krone back in 1996, under the brand name “Krone-Wabash.” The Cool Liner can be found with various upgrades, including the most innovative lighting design and new doors seals, revamped bulkhead, and more.

In celebration of this remarkable moment, we’ve collaborated with Krone to create the “KRONE Cool Liner 25th Anniversary” paint job for the Cool Liner Trailers that Krone constructed in the real world! With this free update, players who own this Krone Trailer Pack DLC for Euro Truck Simulator 2 will have the option to include a Celsineo cooler to Cool Liner Trailers. It’s not the only thing. However, we’re already working on other exciting content enhancements together with our partners from Krone Trailers for later this year and 2022 as well!
